Candice is a consulting psychologist specializing in leadership development and organizational behavior change with emphasis on socio-technical dynamics. She brings a collaborative approach, developing solutions with clients informed by her understanding of the impact of group process on the exercise of leadership.
Candice holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University. She teaches Adaptive Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education and is a core faculty professor of leadership in the Doctorate of Leadership and Organizational Psychology (Psy.D.) program at the Massachusetts Professional School of Psychology and an Executive Coach for the Doctorate of Public Health Program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Candice also frequently consults at nationally held group relations conferences conducted in the Tavistock tradition and is a Board Member-at-Large for the Center for the Study of Groups and Social Systems, an affiliate of the AK Rice Institute and the Tavistock Institute in London.
Candice is a recording and performing artist. She has performed nationally as a songwriting vocalist with a variety of music outfits and has covered a broad span of genres including alternative rock, progressive metal, jazz and hip hop.
