Elisabeth is passionate about helping individuals and teams to address their most pressing challenges and successfully manage change. She works with clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and has taught leadership at Harvard University, Hertie School of Governance, and Bochum University.
Elisabeth’s leadership teaching draws on her experiences in social entrepreneurship, non-profit management, and education reform. She brings an international perspective to her work, having grown up in the United States, Germany, and Singapore.
Elisabeth previously worked as Director of School Turnaround, a position in which she supported administrators, principals, and teachers implementing change processes at high-needs schools in Berlin. She is co-founder and former managing director of Teach First Deutschland, an educational non-profit. Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (Harvard University) and an MA International Relations (Free University Berlin). In her spare time, Elisabeth is active in local-level politics and is an avid long-distance runner.
