Immunity to Change

60.00

Understanding why change is so hard

The Immunity to Change process illuminates our competing commitments and big assumptions. It underscores why our most stubborn and persistent behaviors are difficult to change, while offering a way to overcome pushbacks.

In this participant-driven exploration of people’s resistance to change, we will examine our own resistance, the resistance of groups, and develop plans of action and options for coaching and leadership to overcome these resistances. The material builds from Kegan/Lahey's powerful Immunity to Change framework and O'Brien’s research on human development, as well as his new course at Harvard Kennedy School (“Developing People”).
