Sarah is passionate about enabling individuals and teams to address social challenges. She draws on her background in psychology and education to advise clients on organizational learning and development.
Sarah holds a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she worked as a teaching assistant for Professor Heifetz on his course "Exercising Leadership: The Politics of Change". Sarah also holds a MSc Occupational Psychology (University of Sheffield) and a BA Psychology (Trinity College Dublin).
An experienced innovator and manager of projects and programmes in international development, Sarah has worked with The World Bank, Trinity College Dublin, and Suas Educational Development. She writes on organizational learning and development and is a founding member of the Global Organisational for Humanitarian Work Psychology and the Development Studies Association of Ireland. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys travel and adventure sports.
