Dr. dorothee Kaiser

Affiliate Consultant

Dorothee loves supporting executives and teams in international contexts and works in four languages. Key drivers for her are creating clarity and self-confidence for her clients and building bridges across cultures. She has studied and worked in several countries (France, Spain, Latin America) and loves getting in touch with people from all over the world.

She started her career in linguistic research and then had the great chance to work for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Caracas. In Venezuela, she discovered the importance of cultural diversity, left Academia and started a career as an intercultural trainer and lecturer for Intercultural Management at ESB Business School (University of Reutlingen).

Dorothee became a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2013 and holds the certification of PCC with the International Coaching Federation. She loves providing individual coaching, as well as designing and running leadership programs and giving keynotes. That’s why another big challenge in her life, the separation from her husband, has been life-changing for her. At the same time as caring for her three children, she founded her coaching company and started a new career as coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker. She loves working with clients who want to overcome their fears and self-limiting beliefs and who search for the courage to leave their comfort zones and transform crisis into personal growth. Also, her focus on diversity, female leadership, and resilience comes from here.

Dorothee loves recovering in nature. She enjoys dancing, singing, and playing music together with her friends and her family. She lives with her children in the area of Stuttgart, Germany.
