Erich is passionate about developing the potential of individuals and teams to deliver better results while adapting to the changing realities of their environment. At KONU, Erich focuses on complex organizational challenges such as multiculturality, expansion to developing countries, and technological change.
Erich holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he also works as a Teaching Assistant for a course in Adaptive Leadership.
Before his Master’s, Erich worked as a project manager at Real Impact Analytics (RIA), data analytics start-up leveraging Big Data technology to improve decision making for telecom operators, consumer goods companies, NGOs and governments. At RIA, he led various projects in Latin America and Africa. He also managed a newly created pre-sales team, a multi-disciplinary team key to the company’s expansion. An avid explorer, Erich worked in 4 continents and speaks 5 languages.
