Judit Teichert | Geschäftsführung | Berlin

Judit Teichert ist Geschäftsführerin von KONU Deutschland GmbH. Sie ist Trainerin, Beraterin, Coach und Dozentin in der Ausbildung von Psychotherapeuten. Mit Überblick und Warmherzigkeit begleitet sie Menschen, Teams und Organisationen dabei komplexe Herausforderungen zu entwirren und notwendige Veränderungen nachhaltig umzusetzen.


Michael Köhler | Partner | Washington DC

Michael Köhler choreographiert gemeinsam mit seinen Klienten wirkungsvolle Leadership Development und Change Programme. Als ehemaliger Deutscher Meister im Rock'n'Roll bringt er in seine Arbeit ein Gespür für die Spannungsfelder zwischen Technik und Kreativität, Ordnung und Improvisation sowie für das passende Timing und den gelungenen Rhythmus ein.


Tim O'Brien | Partner | Boston

Tim O’Brien unterrichtet an der Harvard Kennedy School, an der er mehrfach für seine Kurse zu Führung bzw. Entwicklung im Erwachsenenalter ausgezeichnet wurde. Zudem ist er Vorsitzender des beliebten Programms “Führen im 21. Jahrhundert”. Für KONUs Klient:innen sorgt er dafür, Brücken zwischen bewährten Verfahren der Führungskräfteentwicklung und dem Alltag zu schlagen, den sie als Praktizierende erleben.

Elisabeth Heid is COO bei KONU. Sie begleitet Menschen und Teams in Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozessen als Beraterin, Trainerin und Coach. Ihre Arbeit speist insbesondere aus ihrer eigenen Erfahrung als Change Agent im Bildungssektor.

An improv school graduate, Emily believes that play can be transformative.

Michal’s passion is to provide the best leadership training available, even to those who do not hold positions of authority in organizations or communities, and to assist them in developing the ability to face complex challenges and drive change in the systems in which they operate, their lives, and beyond. 


KRISH JAIMAN | SENIOR ASSOCIATE | Boston

Krish believes that to grow as leaders, we must be willing to confront and shape the most neglected parts of ourselves with love and intention. His work as an Equity & Inclusion Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education turned the lens in on himself, where he learned that being a leader starts with the practice of challenging one’s own assumptions, loyalties, and traumas within small and large-scale groups.
